~Prepare food at the beginning of shift to ensure that food can be easily and accurately expedited in a timely fashion.
~Keep kitchen stocked and clean and sanitized throughout the duration of the shift.
~Prepare orders accurately and timely in accordance to recipe and customer request.
~Serve tables when needed making sure that customer receives satisfactory service to ensure continued patronization of resturant.
~Clean area at the end of shift in accordance to FDA regulations and guidelines.
