Purchase Orders, Procurement, Accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, monthly asset reports, SOX reports, PPM inspection reports, extensive data entry, maintaining vendor relations, resolve PO issues, assist employees on payroll issues or insurance issues, assist Machine Shop Manager in ordering supplies, order office supplies, log in and out mail & direct to appropriate staff, answer telephone & overhead page staff, calculate postage meter readings & replinish as needed, use multifunction center (email,scan-email,etc.)
