Head of Corporate Communications
As the Head of Corporate Communications I am responsible for managing and executing strategic internal and external communications and campaigns, including employee communications and content for NISSAN and ANDANAC. I support driving employee engagement through a variety of communication channels that reach multiple internal stakeholder groups, including senior management at all Nissan locations, bringing together cross-functional team members. I manage all internal and external strategic communications plans and am responsible for identifying gaps and developing tools to address communication issues within the company also serving as back up to the Director of Communications with regard to public relations counsel to senior management, supporting car dealership, community and media relations activities, and managing the crisis communications plan and corporate giving program. I serve as a key company resource for development of new media projects and corporate event staging reporting directly to the General Manager and the Communications Director. My main areas of influence in the company are: • Planning and Strategic Development Manage strategy formation and strategic planning processes for development, organization, implementation and evaluation of communications. • Advertising & Media Evaluate and improve all channels and media to deliver messages most effectively and efficiently depending on target audience. • Interface, Coordination and Leverage Communications Across All Disciplines Develop targeted communications that maximize the use of the digital communications tool and other data base resources; consistent messaging for all audiences. E-Business Communications: Leverage e-platforms and digital interactivity to deliver communications. Includes, but not limited to, andanac.com, email, ag-related web sites, etc • Non Profit and Charitable Support Support the development and fortification of Fundación ANDANAC.
