Project for Telefonica:
• Responsible to give support for M2M service in Jasper Smart and Consumer Electronics with Global SIMs of Telefonica to several customers (orders and issues).
• Provide global support to the customers, being the partner to manage the issue orders and maintenances works on the Telefonica network for M2M service.
• Issues attention for M2M service and resolution in an established time. • Perform a proactive monitoring about the issues or general problems for the M2m service in both platforms: JASPER and SMART
• Analysis of the issue and performing a first diagnosis about the problem. Always that we can resolve it, try to do it. •
