Drury University has offered me the chance to engage in my learning and plan for my future. As an elite college athlete, I let the skills I have learned drive me in my everyday life. By being engaged not just in the classroom but on campus as Event Coordinator for Advertising & PR Club and as an Intern for, it has taught me leadership qualities and enhanced my organizational skills. With the constant changes in advertising, this major will allow me to maintain my day-to-day philosophy of keeping my mind, body, and soul active.

Career Quest 2014

Successfully organized a day trip to Northwest Arkansas for Drury students. They met and had the opportunity to network with professionals at an Advertising Agency, a Non-Profit center, and experienced a different side of Public Relations by visiting a famous art museum. The event is an annual event and record attendance was achieved.
