Executive Team member for $170 million, multi-level, continuum of care provider of hospital and healthcare services including an 80 bed acute care hospital, ambulatory surgical and outpatient clinic services, primary care and behavioral health physician practices, 360 unit Continuing Care Retirement Community, two Assisted Living Facilities (184 units), two Skilled Nursing Facilities (533 beds), Independent Living, and the largest Home Health and Hospice agency in the state (10 branches statewide).  Directly responsible for building and implementing an extensive statewide infrastructure of leading edge data and voice systems supporting more than 3000 workforce members.

  • Developed groundbreaking data and voice technology infrastructure from scratch to improve company-wide efficiency, productivity and integration through an extensive period of growth, consolidation and modernization.  Created industry-leading statewide support infrastructure and service department.

Senior manager for $75 million, 134-bed acute care hospital and healthcare group including a skilled nursing facility, physician practices, ambulatory care center, home health, and several other inpatient and outpatient service lines.

  • Contracted to audit and correct MIS Department budget and technology system purchases and inventories after the conviction and termination of the previous CIO for embezzlement and fraud.Restored staff morale and Department processes and reputation both within the hospital and across the community at large.Implemented new procurement controls to more tightly manage all purchases, deliveries and distribution of hardware and software systems and components.
  • Coordinated merger of Human Resources and Information Systems Departments with St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT and helped implement shared Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Clinical/Financial support systems across St. Francis Care Network. Departed upon completion of clean-up of prior fraudulent activities and merger with St. Francis MIS Department.
