With a career-long commitment to bettering higher education institutions in many communities in California, Albert Alt currently works as the Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services for the Yuba Community College District. In this role, Mr. Alt plans and oversees the distribution of the district’s $45 million general budget. He is also charged with risk management and supervising all legal affairs having to do with the Yuba Community College District, which is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.Before gaining the title of Vice Chancellor, Albert Alt worked for the Yuba Community College District as its Director of Personnel Services and Human Resources. This position required Mr. Alt to implement all personnel policies and supervise the school’s hiring, benefits, and recruitment affairs. He also managed the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs for the district, a process in which Mr. Alt was well versed after serving as the Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action for the Feather River Community College District for nearly two years. Mr. Alt created and managed all EEO programs during his time at Feather River.Furthermore, Albert Alt has remained diligent in his pursuit of education over the past decade. He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s degree in May 1995 and then studied for his Master’s in Business Administration at the California State University. Mr. Alt graduated from this school with high honors and a 3.9 GPA. He is currently working toward a Doctorate in Education Administration, holding a 3.95 GPA in this program at Drexel University.
