Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives-Servicing (2008-Present)Lead the program strategy and development division with a $7.5 million operating budget to support the corporate and national home retention business. Develop and execute portfolio strategies focused on mitigating credit losses, assisting homeowners in keeping homes, preserving neighborhoods, and managing delinquent assets to reduce credit loss; Lead go-to-market activities and servicer execution for new housing programs and products. Work with the country's largest mortgage servicers on execution and portfolio management campaigns.

Created and built a new business to address housing crisis by developing strategies to manage a portfolio of 19 million mortgage loan assets, including non-performing loans. Hired staff, established infrastructure, and marketed and deployed new products to financial services clients and community partners.

Collaborated with the Obama Administration to develop and implement the ‘Making Home Affordable' program. Interfaced with the Treasury Home Preservation leadership team and industry stakeholders to create, analyze, revise, and finalize policy. Led the implementation team for national program roll out.

Established strategic partnerships with the top U.S. home lending institutions to design and introduce large-scale product and policy initiatives. Instituted programs that saved the company and taxpayers millions of dollars in credit losses, kept over 135,000 families from losing their home, and prevented 70,000 foreclosures in 2010. 

Director, Single Family Marketing Services (2007-2008)Oversaw a team of account managers and portfolio specialists that executed marketing and communications initiatives for the single family mortgage business. Collaborated with senior leadership teams to create and execute internal and external communications, PR, and marketing programs. Delivered tangible business results with strategic marketing initiatives:

Spearheaded development and launch of a multi-million dollar proprietary real estate network program, HomePath (, that enabled property marketing and offered single family REO and financing options.

Launched a national foreclosure prevention campaign in partnership with HOPENOW; collaborated with banks and counseling agencies to host 40 national consumer events; coordinated local print and media coverage, wrote press releases, and formed alliances with politicians and officials; program assisted 30,000 homeowners in 2008. Initiated policies and programs, and delivered communication and training to banking partners on new policy guidelines in response to the market downturn; introduced a streamlined modification government program, new refinancing options, pricing changes, affordable and community lending products and acquisition policies.

Director, Program Management - Finance (2006-2007)Selected by the CEO to participate in a special project to evaluate financial accounting operations and disclosures issues. Led a 40-person team; maintained a $30 million budget; managed external auditor relationship; and oversaw resource allocation, risk management, technical writing and drafting, policy development, operations, training and communications. Secured several complex contracts and procured vendors that were instrumental in completing the project on time with proper documentation and compliant procedures.

Completed one of the country's largest financial accounting restatements and re-audits in history.

Designed a business-to-business (B2B) online product platform for customer training, outreach, and communication, which created a cost-effective efficient solution to reach more customers and launch new products. Conducted 100 training programs for thousands of customer staff on numerous topics.

Led product development, design, content development, and implementation; created marketing strategy; and established partnerships with key lending partners, which resulted in a cutting-edge technology that generated thousands of leads, 150,000 listings, and over 80,000 home sales.
