Party Rental Ltd. Executive Vice President Alan Gottlich has diverse experience in strategic planning, sales and marketing, and all levels of financial reporting and management. Graduating from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1982, Mr. Gottlich gained initial experience as Staff Accountant with Newark, New Jersey-based Touche Ross & Co. He subsequently served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Product Development with Berg Harmon Associates in Secaucus, New Jersey. In 1987, Alan Gottlich helped establish CNL Financial Group, Ltd., serving as the firm's Executive Vice President for the next four years. In addition to operating a chain of 10 fast food restaurants, he initiated several property development projects. Mr. Gottlich also served as asset manager for Berg Harmon Associates, overseeing the management of 6 shopping centers and over 60 apartment complexes. During this time, Mr. Gottlich completed an M.S. degree in Taxation from Pace University in New York City. From 1992 to 2000, Alan Gottlich served Paramark Enterprises, Inc. in a number of management capacities. As President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Paramark Enterprises, Inc., he initially facilitated the acquisition of the T.J. Cinnamons retail bakery system. Arranging a licensing agreement to accomplish this goal, Mr. Gottlich subsequently completed a convertible debt private placement and an initial public offering. In 1996, he successfully undertook the sale of T.J. Cinnamons, allowing for Paramark Enterprises, Inc.'s development of a wholesale bakery facility in San Diego. Prior to joining Party Rental Ltd. in 2001, Alan Gottlich negotiated the sale of the wholesale bakery facility, which had grown into an $8 million annual revenue generator. From 2001 to 2011, Alan Gottlich held a position as Party Rental Ltd.'��s Chief Financial Officer, also directing real estate and showroom expansions, as well as technology-focused operational upgrades. He refocused sales strategy toward a highly personalized servicing of client needs. This resulted in a doubling of annual sales to more than $80 million. Mr. Gottlich's current promotion to Executive Vice President of Party Rental Ltd. reflects the firm's rapid expansion in recent years. In his free time, Alan Gottlich stays in shape through regular exercise, and he enjoys sports such as tennis and golf.
