Operational Services

I have over twenty years experience providing IT SERVICES to national and international customers. I managed over 200 customers which purchased over 400 multiple vender type service agreements. The variety of clients ranged from very large such as BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON nationally to small clients such as the USC MEDICAL SCHOOL. My responsibilities and duties required I organize all company daily events which included directing 50 full time support personnel and over 200 subcontractors. My daily activities encompassed a variety of tasks, various technical requirements, certain human resources needs, and finance, parts logistics, and multiple inventory management. With over twenty years of negotiating service agreements I have adapted to a tremendous amount of change in equipment and methods of service with enormous success. In the past ten years I orchestrated five company acquisitions and mergers successfully increasing gross sales and expanding the company service capability.I also maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance which allows me to have access to high level areas for US government work.

Budget Planning and Financial Management

Developed Annual Budgets plans and monthly forecasting. Managed operating budgets from

$3 million to $7million annually. Controlled annual equipment purchases and increased service inventory requests. Negotiated yearly Human Resource contracts with Medical Services providers

Field Service Operations

My background of managing a field service operation comes from a hands on approach to daily problem solving. A team of engineers would assist in the formulation of the best solution for more than 200 customers with more than 400 service contracts. Costs of a field service operations repairs can escalate out of proportion to the customers revenue stream. I have always found the most cost effective solutions for service delivery.


The manufacture’s rapid increased pace to release newer, faster, better equipment to users would result in upgrades and lowering the customers maintenance cost of ownership. Identifying and creating innovative service solutions maintained the existing customer service revenue and created more opportunity for the sales staff.
