Santa Sophia Catholic Church

I volunteer on the weekends at my church.

Through my work at Kohls, I volunteer at elementary schools during the holidays.

On my spare time I love to paint or draw.  I've won a few awards for my paintings  I hope to enter my paintings in an art show one day.

I love traveling and I hope I can go to Europe soon.  I have been to many places with my favorite being the Grand Canyon and New York.

Executive Treasurer

I was in ASB junior year and got in through HOK, but wanted to be a leader of the ASB class my senior year so I ran for Executive Treasurer.  Being treasurer is looked at as not that important as the executive secretary, vice president or president so i wanted to change the role of that position and gain more respect from my fellow classmates.  As treasurer my only job really is to read off checks and pass purchase orders in the class.  I volunteered more with my school, ordered shirts for the breast cancer game and designed them myself.  I stay after school many hours to help out making posters for events.  I wanted to get people more involved and aware of whats going on around school.  Being more involved helped me get nominated for homecoming court and I was chosen by my senior classmates to win Homecoming Queen and I'm really grateful for them giving me that opportunity.
