  • Designed, setup and integrated network monitoring solution for HP BSM allowing for quicker and more accurate identification and resolution of issues affecting business units capacity to deliver first class customer service.

  • Researched, recommended and deployed Riverbed network troubleshooting tools  that provide extended data capture and analysis capabilities.

  • Expanded and improved SolarWinds implementation which is the principal tool used for troubleshooting LAN and WAN issues. Compiled and presented training material customized for business section use cases.

  • Developed and deployed Citrix Mortgage Desktop used by all branch mortgage offices providing faster access to all the mortgage applications needed to service members' mortgage needs.
  • Built and administered Business Objects servers used for reporting.
  • Planned, produced and verified UNIFI server upgrades that increased functionality and security of primary mortgage processing application.
  • Updated Rightfax infrastructure so that it integrated with UNIFI.
