- Reporting to HR Manager, responsible for HR Process, recruitment and on boarding
- Provide guidance and share best practices to attract, retain talent at all levels.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, labor relations and disciplinary.
- Assist in termination and resignation process by conducting exit interviews.
- Leading the reward and recognition event along with employee engaging activities.
- Support the Director in executing the Performance Management & HR Policy review.
- Implemented an Incentive Plan system link to KPI for calculating the payments accurately.
- Advised and implemented a sick leave strategy to improve current levels and patterns.
- Designed a bi-monthly HR Workshop leading to foster key HR initiatives.
- Generating, formulating key HR metrics and reports to measure HR pulse.
