Key Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

When I joined the company the sales teams were not very professional in their approach and there was no organized team structure to manage and implement sales strategy. I was expected to organize the team and to train them in order to achieve targets in a time effective fashion. Some of my key performance indicators were: 

  • To generate genuine/verified leads for in house real estate projects through various digital touch points. 
  • To Manage the sales team and make sure the potential clients/leads are followed in a time bound fashion
