  • Worked for a large apparel company implementing PeopleSoft 8.3 HRMS, Payroll Interface to ADP and Base Benefits. Duties included providing assistance as Technical Lead leading three other developers. Our team is responsible for conducting fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing conversion programs, data conversion, designing and development of interfaces between PeopleSoft and other third party vendors like ADP and various benefits vendor. Also implemented various eApplications such as eProfile and eProfileManager, eBenefits with two levels of approval. Client had about 80,000 employees world wide and planning to go live with PeopleSoft in a phased manner.
  • Worked as a Technical Resource on a project at a mid-size manufacturing company. Duties include working on components, reports, conversions and modifications to PeopleSoft 8.0 HRMS, Payroll, Base Benefits modules. Designing and developing conversion programs using SQR. Duties also include providing assistance in training the users and troubleshooting the product. PeopleSoft is on RS6000 and DB2 database.
  • Worked on methodology for PeopleSoft 7.5 to 8.0 upgrade. This methodology is used extensively by KPMG consultants on their projects. This encompasses all the aspects of an Upgrade Project, creating Project Plan to training scripts and post go-live issues.
  • Technical Lead on a project at 2nd largest Auto Parts dealer. Role involved coordinating data mapping and developing conversion programs, design and development of interfaces from and to PeopleSoft and 3rd party vendors, design and development of custom reports using SQR and Crystal Reports, training and trouble shooting after go-live.
  • Technical Lead on a project at Fortune 100 Company. Designed and developed conversion programs, interfaces and modifications to PeopleSoft 7.5 HRMS. Worked extensively on GL interface with PeopleSoft Payroll and various GL packages including PeopleSoft GL, SAP and others. Also worked on benefits feed to one of the leading Benefits vendor and conversion from ADP to PeopleSoft. Duties also included in assisting with PeopleSoft upgrade from 7.00 to 7.5.
  • Sr. Consultant at a Federal Government Client. Developed interfaces between PeopleSoft HRMS modules and 3rd party vendors and custom reports.
  • Worked with 2nd largest Toy distributor. Provided assistance as SQR Programmer to develop complex reports and interfaces in Order Management module. Also worked on Bill of Ladding modification to the PeopleSoft.
  • Worked as Technical Lead at a large trucking company. Implemented AP, GL and AM modules. Provided assistance in developing conversion programs, interfaces and custom reports using SQR, Crystal and nVision.
  • Worked as Technical resource at a Fortune 200 cosmetics company. Involved in writing complex SQR Reports and converting GL nVision Reports to SQR for better performance. Worked extensively with Trees and devised examples which are constantly used by other technical resources with in the firm.

Duties included developing Payroll Interface with ADP, Kronos Interface, an interface for the Department of Child Services, customizing various panels, menus and records using PeopleTools. Created new reports and maintained PeopleSoft products and interfaces during transition. SQL Server was used as database.

  • Development, enhancement and maintenance for the wireless billing system, Virtuoso II. The Virtuoso II application is a fully integrated Client Server application that is designed to take advantage of the Distributed Processing concept. It does this by using several layers of computer hardware to distribute the processing work load across platforms. Mainframe platforms handle the bulk of “number crunching” involved, heavy billing and rating batch processing. The UNIX platform, known as the Server, specializes in handling the On-line and database applications. The Client or PC/Workstation is used to handle the low level processing for displaying and manipulating windows.
