Project Manager at (1 year 1 month) Park Manager-Mushrif Central Park Abu dhabi Integrated FM services, Marketing, PR & events, Asset management and Retail Mushrif Central Park was first opened to visitors in 1982. It is one of the oldest and largest urban parks in Abu Dhabi, centrally located on 15th Street between Airport Road and Karamah Street. The park was originally known as Mushrif Park and entrance was exclusive to ladies and children. Since its opening, the park has been a community hub for generations of Abu Dhabi natives and residents. The new name, Mushrif Central Park was chosen to reflect the park's positioning at the heart of the community, both geographically and historically. In January 2013, Mushrif Central Park was closed for redevelopment over a period of 24 months. During this time Al Ain Properties LLC worked closely with an experienced international team of landscape designers, architects and contractors to design and execute a new park with exciting facilities that Abu Dhabi's residents can enjoy.

Key Accountabilities Organize and supervise the in-house and outsourced activities to ensure that all work within a specific area of the operations section is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with standard operatingprocedures and policies of the company Page2 Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Prepare departmental MIS statements and reports of DREC timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards. Conduct regular follow ups with the maintenance planning assistants to ensure all tasks/complaints forwarded have been attended to and resolved. Coordinate with suppliers/contractors to ensure that all complaints forwarded have been attended swiftly and efficiently. Monitor the performance of the service providers and advice the relevant department heads of their performance. Suggest estimated manpower requirements to carry out maintenance work on all new assets yet to be handed over to ensure efficient department functioning. Create and organize PPM work orders through SAP. Monitoring and developing SLA and KPI for outsourced services. Develop a mechanism to supervise and inspect outsourcing company's performance Coordinate with Projects in obtaining all the drawings, manuals, warranties, test certificates etc. during the DLP period
