Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of some branch office in an area, including operations, services, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
Develops & provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch goals through service excelence and audit ratings.
Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Operations Supervisor & Credit Support Supervisor or other branch personel in remote area. Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
May perform duties in the absence of the Operations Supervisors or other such management capacities as directed by the Regional Operations Head
Responsible for developing office network (the opening / relocation / closure) in accordance with the Bank's Business Plan
Creating and implementing systems and procedures related to project management & building management
Ensure the project in accordance with quality, time and cost has been determined by management
