~ Presently also i am engage in new project, Modernization of manufacturing lines, automation of assembly lines, Sheet Metal, Paint shop, 

~ Production activities of Auto Components/Products,Tool Room and related Industrial products.The company manufacture auto exhaust hangers clamps gaskets and precision components.

~ It is a 100% export auto component manufacturing company, which is having in-house manufacturing facility for sheet metal, rubber, gasket and precision components. 

~ second unit of the company is in manufacturing of all type of SPM and standard machine. 

~ It's speciality is in manufacturing of garment button manufacturing machines. for complete automation of machines, processes and operations training for multi skilling function. . Line balancing concept. 

 ~ Establish design department for new developments. "I am responsible for heading operation of 5 plants into manufacturing of automobile components and machine manufacturing."

~ To develop and Implement marketing strategies sales and promote the brand image in order to increase- Efficient job and man-power planning, and other machines

- Efficient Utilization of Machines and man power by Proper planning of Machines and Man Power.

- Planning of raw materials and consumables

- Efficiently managing and planning of production floor

- Preparing machine wise preventive maintenance schedules for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.

- Maintaining machine wise maintenance records, machine wise production records etc 

- Efficient control of wastage by utilizing correct sizes with right planning of requirements

- Developing proper Internal Systems and Procedures to making sure that all production staff will follow the same systems for efficient running of factory

- Preparation of Daily Production Planning reports, Output reports, down time and wastage reports .

Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.

Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.

Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel.

Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.

 Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product from our subsidiaries.

Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives.

Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.

Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.

Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals.

Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies.Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.

Create purchase orders for Purchasing Manager to place orders.

Coordinate the relationship with our union workforce force and negotiate union contracts as needed.

Production target and quality activities of running production. Installation & commissioning of new project for SKF INDIA LTD. 

It is six sigma project i.e. low costing and high production machines for manufacturing of BEARING RACES from tube parting. 

For this project company purchase all the machines from CHINA, and tooling from CHINA, JAPAN and KOREA. 

The production rate of these machines is 10,000no of rings per shift. Presenting top management with Team - I presentations.
