ü  Brand Management 


·         Develop strategies for Brand positioning, targeting, visibility, etc. to ensure growth in Rx, Rxers and profitability and implement it to ground level.

·         Develop promotional materials (creative visual aid, LBL, promotional offers and scientific literature), quarterly brand plan inclusive of brand budget.

·         Monitoring promotional expenses month on month, to be within the budget and maximise ROI

·         Tracking brand performance/brand review through sales analysis, cost & profitability analysis to understand market dynamics  and plan marketing activities to address market changes

·         Insight mining and understanding customer behaviour, designing promotional strategies accordingly.

·         Ensuring smooth planning and implementation of briefing, review meeting and product training for medical representative at different areas.


ü  Brand Promotions 


·         Plan and implement the customer engagement activities, increase sales and create excitement for the brand among the internal as well as external customers.

·         Ensure connectivity with sales force with high frequency to ensure strong follow ups for better execution of the brand promotional campaigns

·         Organized CMEs, RTM, NEP and PEP at different places across territory.

·         Interact and brief the creative agency for POS/artwork etc. to support various promotional campaigns.

·         Interact with media agency for the product photo shoot as per the requirements for promotional campaigns.

·         Coordinating between the field force and HO to resolve various product related issues from time to time.

·         Extensive fieldwork with field force to understand the market, evaluate implementation of strategies and monitor competitor activities.
