  • Solving audit queries within a day's time as and when raised
  • Preparation of Daily MIS report as per requirement of the client. Also worked on the weekly reporting done by the managers.
  • Ensured all aged and material issues are highlighted in time, properly followed up and escalated to clear off the issues at the earliest.
  • Attending call with the client to review the service level.
  • Attending a weekly conference call held by the client to understand the client's requirement to help us serve in a good manner.

  • Reconciliation process includes cash reconciliation, investigating & solving of exceptions and coordinating with various teams all over the world to resolve the issue.
