* Planning the communication/relationship building with distributors/franchises through feedback sessions.
* Responsible for handling, guiding, motivating to my sales team size of 8 including 2 Area sales Manager
*Monitoring sales & marketing strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection target of outsourcing products especially in genuine Leather segment.
* Identifying and networking with prospective customers, Generating business from existing customers and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
* Implementing strategies to enhance the top & bottom lines and maintaining cash flow reserves on day-to- day basis.
* Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners resulting in strong and deeper market penetration.
* Driving sales efforts involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with high potential clients for growth and profitability.
