Worked in Dr.Maqsudul Alam’s Laboratory and performed routine laboratory maintenance in the microbiology department. Assisted graduate students in research experiments and helped with clerical work in an computer-environment.
I communicate with the world on the activities in the department through multi-media works on the web and social media applications . I also outreach to our grass root community while participating in community events to raise awareness in infectious diseases.
I work in-patient pharmacy department of Kaiser Permanente at Moanalua. My main task is to ensure patients get their medication with good pharmacy practices. In order to provide quality patient care, we are required to maintain knowledge of current drug and clinical practices.
In the blood inventory section, my job was to make sure all hospitals in the state of Hawaii are adequately supplied with high-quality blood products for any patient procedures as well as unexpected traumas.
