Spearheading all market research and develop creative briefs for specific products, services, as well as each of the Society's “pillars” (membership, standards, and education. Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing strategies accordingly. Lead and direct the work of outside vendors including publicists, graphic designers, and licensing agents. Manages merchandising and licensing of intellectual property.

Selected Achievements:

·Increased social media followers by 300% in four months with an aggressive social media marketing strategy.

·Raised email marketing open rate to 24% with dynamic, highly targeted emails paced to a schedule.

·Breaking through to new media audiences by extending public relations activities beyond trade publications.

·Integral in bringing in 120% more revenue in Annual Conference Registrations and 200% more sponsorship revenue than budgeted.

Forged relationships with key partners, including but not limited to AEG Facilities, AEG Live, Centerplate, Gateway Security and Devils Arena Entertainment. Leveraged partner relationships to provide clients with high-end hospitality experience; from parking, to food and beverage, to VIP areas/suites, and concierge services.

·Achieved superior results, consistently exceeding annual $700,000 sales quota and retaining 95% of clients year-over-year through execution of comprehensive customer service strategies to corporations and high net worth individuals.

·      Reduced operational expenses by $50,000 annually through effective management of $250,000 expense budget; collaborated with partners and vendors in negotiation of favorable contract terms.

Director of Events and Alternate Content

Clearview Cinemas/Cablevision

Spearheaded creation of alternative revenue source, booking special events for the second largest cinema circuit in the New York Metropolitan area; including, 50 individual theaters/258 screens. Oversaw all aspects of event planning from product development, marketing, communications, promotion and sales to customer relationship management, programming content, contract negotiations and third party vendor management; including food and beverage and merchandising, to ensure flawless execution and exceed client expectations on more than 300 events, annually.

Selected Achievements:

·Built relationships with various distributors, including MSG, D&E Enterntainment, Screevision, New York Mets and NCM.   

·Created event driven concession alternatives, such as “ball park atmosphere” for Mets simulcasts

·Propelled special event sales revenue $1.8 million by generating repeat business, cultivating referrals and leveraging alternate content distributors, among additional low-cost, high-impact strategies.

FIddler's Elbow Country Club

Revitalized new membership development for largest corporate country club in the United States; initiated new, innovative marketing and customer service strategies targeting private companies open to spending on entertainment. Generated referrals from existing members as a key resource in addition to other prospecting tools.

Selected Achievements:

·Produced over $700,000 in additional revenue through acquisition of 26 new corporate members in one year. 

·Worked directly with event and food and beverage departments to raise the bar on menu offerings, décor, and member events.

Bonne Amie Travel

Launched high-end travel agency, providing concierge-style services to affluent clients. Developed solid reputation for world-class service, becoming a preferred agency of key suppliers. Leveraged public relations expertise, earning widespread media coverage from USA Today and Chicago Tribune to Forbes, Travel Agent Magazine and Travel Trade.

Selected Achievements:

·Generated over $500,000 in annual sales during worst 18-month period in the history of travel industry sales. 

·Earned recognition with participation in five episodes of Travel Channel’s primetime series, Vacation Challenge.
