Spearheading all market research and develop creative briefs for specific products, services, as well as each of the Society's “pillars” (membership, standards, and education. Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing strategies accordingly. Lead and direct the work of outside vendors including publicists, graphic designers, and licensing agents. Manages merchandising and licensing of intellectual property.
