Amy is a Dance major and Business Administration minor at SUNY Potsdam.
Whilst studying there, she received the Departmental Scholars Honours Award for the Dance Department for the year 2008/2009.
Her choreography was chosen to compete at a National level at The American College Dance Festival Association for the North Eastern region where it competed against the top dance schools from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Her current GPA is a 3.78 out of a possible 4.0. A 3.78 is equilavent to a First in the UK University grading system although it can alter from one institution to another.
She has received straight 4.0's in the following classes; Accounting II, Music Through the Ages, Laban Movement Theory and Notation, Introduction to Acting, History of the US Since 1877, Modern Technique I, Intermediate Ballet and others.
She has also been on the President's list of Honours students for all the semesters that she has been at SUNY Potsdam, this means her GPA has always been above a 3.70.
Amy is very interested in Contemporary Dance, particularly working with those who have disabilities.
She is also interested in Marketing, Accounting and traveling to new places and discovering their cultures.
Amy seeks to improve her curriculum vitae by working in a professional environment that continues to challenge her personal and educational growth. She enjoys working with new individuals and can quickly adjust to suit the needs of the company. She would like to improve her knowledge with regards to the Marketing and Accounting aspects of a business.
