Leadership skills are something that I have acquired over time, with experience and taking initiative. Being able to multitask is helpful in any fast paced business and I posses this skill to do it efficiently. The ability to ease distress with clients due to having empathy has worked to my advantage, I'm easily approachable which helps clients and customers to feel at rest with me. I'm highly motivated and can easily motivate those around me to reach a goal. I have proven my loyalty to the companies that I have worked for, as well as my co-workers. Helping others to see a different and more efficient way that benefits a company as well as them is something that takes finesse, another strength that I utilize well. I enjoy mentoring and guiding co-workers to uphold standards set by the companies to grow our business.Seeing co-workers succeed and how it positively affects the Salon or any business as a whole is a tremendous experience.
