(Fall 2014)   Boeing Exterior Video System: Boeing is interested in adding a new video system to the exterior of airplanes that will allow passengers to "see" outside the airplane from any seat using a virtual reality (VR) headsets that hook up with the external cameras and give the illusion of a 360 degree view when looking around. I was responsible for leading the research for the VR implementation portion of the project, including the necessary graphics.

(Spring 2015)   Edge-Lit Exit Sign for Aircraft Interiors. Zodiac Lighting Solutions assigned us to design an edge-lit exit sign for aircraft interior cabins. The exit sign must meet FAA regulations and the Zodiac standards, specifically flammability, impact, and optical. I was mainly responsible for creating the physical prototype and research on the current technology relating to this product.
