Worked on all aspects of new products and new systems to help streamline and grow the business.  Developed sales and marketing plans for new products and determined the most effective way to go to market with these products. Oversaw Marketing and Creative Directors and collectively we revamped the company website to update the look and attract more traffic. Worked with all areas of the company; sales, management, accounting and creative, to make sure all areas needed to move forwarded on each specific project were in place and ready to move forward.

Managed a team consisting of 5 Sales Representatives and 2 Merchandisers, who combined had over 100 grocery and convenient store accounts across the southern part of Houston. Responsibilities included managing quotas, new product distribution, training of shelf and cold box placement, created sales incentives, and developed monthly blitz programs.  As an area manager, my main role with my team was to train them on the communication and organizational side of the job, while expanding their sales knowledge.  Weekly and monthly meeting were held to discuss current and future business needs, as well as recap quotas and determine where we stood with the goals we had set for that specific time frame.
