My current position is planning and follow up manager and my Rule is to developing each project Plans (time.cost,scope....etc) with our PMO - Director and with each project project manager all of this must comply with every project's owner formal requirements and contract chapters regarding to project plans. not only this rule in every project i have also to make sure that our project on it's budget and will finishing on it's time died lines i have to feed our PMO with all necessary presentable information which based on our projects accurate data to help them on taking any time good and strong decisions and be aware about our projects current situation also i have to developing our forecast organization global cash out plan for upcoming year and i have to integrate it and update it monthly bases . my current projects . 1- Arab open University (AOU) in Riyadh the owner is Prince Turkey ibn Talal the project is started on October 2012 and will finished by December 2014 the project revised budget is around 71000000 sar 2- Construction of Public Facilities (CPF) in Yanbu the owner is Roial Commission (R.C) the project is started on Jun 2013 and will finished by July 2016 the project revised budget is around 74000000 sar. 3- Alahesaa Bridge and square in Alhafuf in western area the owner is ministry of transportation the project started on April 2014 and will finish by April 2015. the project budget is around 120 000 000 sar. 4- Aramco Alodeliah Project for Aramco the project finished on Jun 2014 and final duration is 2 years the total final amount was 35 000 000 sar. the project was on alhafuf 5- Aramco OME building project for Aramco in Yanbu the project started on April 2014 and will finish by August 2015 the project total amount is 37 000 000 sar. 6- Alansar Private School on Dammam on western area with total amount reach 40 000 000 sar the project started on first of May 2014 and will finish by August 2015 the owner is ALansar for Private schools. 7- Madaa

My Work on PROJACS is PCS for 3 projects on Riyadh Area..... My main rule is to planning and control which meaning take all available projects data and make all necessary analysis to export presentable easy to read information in reports format to help the decision maker to take his decision on right time by right information that was for the following three projects also that mean (developing and monitoring daily ,weekly ,biweekly , monthly ,and yearly reports - make sure that all the following projects is under our client objectives ... 1- ABYAT MEGA STORES location on Riyadh north ring road near to SACO it's budget was more than 75 000 000 sar project duration was initially 12 months start on January 2013 but till now still in progress because of contracting and scope changes. 2- TAM-KEEN Tower that located on King Fahd road near to prince Salman road intersection it's budget was over 190 000 000 sar it's total duration was 32 months 3- Al Swaelam (twested Tower) in progress project till now with unique company and it's budget is 167 000 000 sar started on 10 October 2012.
