-Checking all design drawings and time schedule to maintain all works within the specific quality,details and time duration.
-Checking all materials inside the site to be beyond the required quality.
-Preparing daily schedule of work to the foremen and arrange for the next day program.
- Checking all shop drawings from all subcontractors, prepare shop drawings in case of need.
- Manage, arrange, control all subcontractors activities.
- Prepare time sheet and daily reports.
- Submit all works to the consultant and follow up with consultant until finish the desired activity in all stages.
- Meetings with suppliers and get the best prices for all items.
- QS and check all invoices for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Report all stages of the work to the projects manager.
- Take decisions regarding to any issues during the constructions with respect to the management point of view.
- Site management and supervision.
