Senior IVR & Call Center Application Developer & Support Engineer - Cisco UCCE
As a key member in the IVR & Call center team at Bank Aljazira; My main role is to gather the requirements, design and implement IVR & agent desktop applications. My role also includes contact center related solutions integrated with the Cisco UCCE platform.
Utilizing the java programming language capabilities with contact center applications to integrate with other back-end systems, that may include but not limited to: Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Transaction Processing Systems, DBs, Message Brokers, CRMs, etc.
As part of IST Networks team, our company is serving diversified range of industries, but most of our clients fall in the financial and telecommunication sectors. As an Engineer who can wear different hats in an organization, starting from Jan 2014 I was incorporated to develop and apply enterprise web solutions that serves bank's cross selling expansions; those applications were a big factors for increasing bank's credit cards selling and offering an elegant way to maintain the relation between the bank it its customer base.
