Brief Responsibilities of my position:
• Assists the Personnel Director/Manager all problems involving:
• Labor relations
• Department heads, management and staff
• Employee grievances
• Meetings with labor office
• Insurance, tax, military papers, police papers
• Maintains close liaisons with local labor, insurance and security offices
• Provides advice and help to employees regarding work and on personal level
• Maintains accurate personnel records and files for all employees
• Constantly checks and reviews staff working conditions , staff cafeterias, accommodation, locker facilities, transport, shifts and vacation allowance, advising when required necessary changes
• Is responsible for the control and review of the hotel benefit system according to the privileges and entitlements policy
• Supervises/arranges all printed material for Personnel Department
• Trains all staff within the Personnel Department to be successful within their sphere creating career possibilities and motivating employees.
• Prepares a monthly reports regarding all aspects of personnel and training
• Prepares an annual report stating overall statistics and development of personnel and training department, with recommendations for the future of Human Resources within the hotel and personnel marketing
