2-Receive walk in customers and handle it to give him a feedback at the promise date.
3-Write the customer concern in the job order by the way to facilitate the work shop diagnosis.
4-follow up the vehicles inside the work shop to give the customers vehicle update with accurate information and in the promise date with a full quotation for parts and labor. 
5-Follow up the parts availability with the parts department to save work shop time.
6-Finalize the job order and make the last proforma for the invoice includes all discounts.
7-Follow up customer feedback about the service to improve service operation to meet customer expectations.

8-Achieve maximum customer satisfaction index CSI.
