  • Core member in the overall data strategy setting to ensure all data propositions and offerings are aligned with Mobinil's' business plan, vision, position, and promise.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and fulfilling the overall Mobile Internet, Mobile Broadband and Smart phones marketing strategies, Plans, and budgets to achieve organizational KPI in relation to the data segment such as revenues, ARPU, gross ads, customer base and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage & lead integration and convergence between the data segment and other segments: Prepaid & Postpaid, Personal & Corporate, MI & MBB.
  • Monitor and analyze market norms, trends and changes related to consumer behavior and competition as well as the progress and achievements of organizational KPI and identifying potential product segments and growth enablers.
  • End to end management of the" go to market" process for each data related project ensuring a smooth customer journey across all touch points.
  • Manages & Leads several cross-functional teams involved in any data or smartphones related project to ensure successful and impactful projects launches as well as recommending post launches remedial actions and product, value propositions enhancement.
  • Responsible for all smart phones(iPhone, Android & Blackberry) launches including supplier negotiations, demand forecasts, bundling and pricing and recommending/aligning with Prepaid & Postpaid segments.
  • Responsible for Managing, supporting and coaching junior team members.
  • Lead communication development and execution including comms brief, concept approval, direction, message, and artwork of ATL/BTL/digital communication for Mobile Internet, Mobile Broadband & Smart Phones.

Awards & Key Achievements:

  • Responsible for generating an annual revenues of EGP 1 Billion+
  • Grew Internet users base to 5M+ active subs
  • Grew Mobinil Internet market share to 30% even though being 1.5 years late to the data market
  • Revamped Mobinil data portfolio and created a new portfolio under the brand name “Online” reaching 1.2M+ active subs
  • Launched Egypt’s first unlimited Mobile Internet monthly packages reaching 750k+ active subs
  • Fully responsible for all iPhone, Android & Blackberry launches in Egypt
