•Take full responsibilities of dealing with customer complaints, queries and requests of information from the start to the end of the process. •Keep all relevant parties informed of assigned work programmers as much as possible. •To attend inbound and make outbound calls to customers and ensure it is done professionally to meet the KPIs. •Ensure to update the delivery planner for every scheduled order accordingly and match the number of orders confirmed with the route log. •To assist in post-delivery and issue follow up when advised. •Strongly communicate with the store and the operation team if any errors on the customer orders.
