Melltoo is a social mobile marketplace for second-hand merchandise in the UAE. Melltoo has evolved in a year from a mobile classifieds to a fully-fetched m-commerce company with transactions and logistics management.
I engineered my job role in the company from content writing and cold sales to managing several new sides of the business such as the user development(customer services, survey and analysis), data analysis (crunching data for our reward program), email marketing and website copy.
