(32 server in HQ, 9 Servers in Alex Branch). • Manage, Maintain & Troubleshooting problems related to Windows Vista, Windows 2003 Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2007, ISA 2006, Forefront Security Systems (Clients & Servers), MOM 2005, SCCM, SCOM, OCS, MS SQL 2005, Right Fax & Advent Net Manage Engine Service Desk (Tickets System for IT). • Create VBS scripts & batches to configure client’s computers for business needs. • Manage & maintain backup using Symantec Backup Exec (2010). • Design and implement TMG Server for Alex branch. • Rebuild Forefront Client Security Server with new policies. • Rebuild WSUS & SCCM Server for Alex branch. • Manage & Operate the HP SAN Storage (EVA 4100) 3 TB with SAN fiber switches. • Implement Active Directory Structure Project that contains: Collect all A.D objects details & Resort to the new design. • Implement new GPOs with new user’s restrictions based on new security groups. • Reconfigure all Printers structure with its new security groups. • Redirect users My Documents, Desktop, outlook PST, Scanned Documents to the file server. • Design new structure for users Home Folders with its security.
