CFO(Chief Financial Officer), BOT project with Dubai Municipality(Shopping mall & Theme park). First phase: building Shopping mall and theme park, second phase: operating the project. Establish financial department & setup financial process and procedures. Create, coordinate, and evaluate financial programs and supporting information systems, financial control and implement Microsoft Navision ERP financial system. Monthly, quarterly and yearly budgeting & forecasting, audit, legal, accounting, purchasing, real estate, long range forecasting, HR and insurance activities for the organization. Vendors, suppliers & contractors payments terms and condition negotiation, 20% overall cost reduction. Development, implementation and management of keys HR processes, including recruitment, selection, rewards, benefits, training, development, talent management, employee relations and solid knowledge of the Middle East labor laws. Coordinate preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, ratios and information reports. Establish and implement short/long range departmental and company financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Lead, grow and develop a strong country Finance team to ensure sound accounting and controlling policies and effective financial support to the business. Establish and build effective KPIs across the business Have full P+L responsibility of the business working with senior management and driving the business forward.
