When we ensure that the site is RFA, We make plan for the acceptance and proceed in the acceptance visits with Mobinil representative.4. We prepare the snags or reserves report and then it to the subcontractor with the time plan for rectification as per Mobinil SLA system (Critical snag; 24 Hours, The Major snag; 48 Hours and The minor snag; 96 Hours)5. Follow up the rectification process to prepare the complete cluster for acceptance to get the PAC certificate for the cluster and then to proceed in the FAC certification.

I started work in this project from initiation phase;

Job tasks are as follow: In addition to the main tasks,

1. Responsible for coordination with the customer’s responsible (NSN-Yemen) for plan of work, achieved progress problems and reporting system.

2. Supervision in site survey to determine the BOQs of the required materials for swapping.

3. Collect the working patch of sites with its link design or link budget and addresses to be able to set the plan for the swapping (Then get the approval from the responsible in NSN).

4. Review the initial PO (PR) from NSN and compare it to the SOW of the site and then approve on, then after finishing work in the site review the final PO and compare it with the actual work done in the site to approve it to be able to invoice in the site.

5. Prepare the budget and the cash budget of the site including the direct and indirect operation cost and send it to our top management staff to get the approval on it to be able to start work in the site.

6. Supervising the contractors till site is on air and clearing all reserves.

7. Prepare PAC and FAC visits after swapping and traffic change.

8. Monitor the progress of production of the assigned activities and ensure that productivity is within the allowed budget rates and that materials and man-hours wastage is minimized.

9. Ensure that works being carried out as per quality and safety standards.

10. Site acceptance to NSN after finishing the site folder of each site (All procedures of preparation of site folder done with my supervision and close follow up to this critical and important step in the life cycle of the site)

Our SOW was starting from getting the Nominal coordinates (N,E), Getting at least three options, Getting the authorization documents of the owner, Preparing SA2 and getting approval in it, Signing HOT (Initial contract with the owner)(SA3), Preparing SA4 (LOS report), Signing the final contract with the owner)(SA5), Contacting the consultant office to make site visit and prepare STA for the site and finally getting the required permits for the construction work in the site (Agriculture permits, MOD permits (If needed), Civil aviation permit (If needed), Power permits,…….)

 Civil work project:

Our SOW in this project comes after leasing the permits of working in the site (After finishing the SA work in the site), we start CW in the site bypassing with the procedures of excavation, backfilling…

 Telecom work project:

Our SOW in this project finishing the CW in the site, we start the TE work in the site starting from installation of outdoor antennas, feeders, ODU of the MW link in addition to the installation of the indoor BTS (BTS 3012 AE and BTS 3900), IBBs, Transmission rack and IDU of the MW link (RTN (RTN 620 and RTN 950) and NEC (Neo and V4)), DDF, Alarm box, other accessories then finishing alignment in the site and at the end integration of the site.

2. Site survey to choose candidates following maps & design constraints for both Macro & micro & indoor BTS sites.

3. Following up contractors for acquisition and civil works (As we start working in this project with subcontractors)

4. Prepare and validate all site designs and drawings before handing over to subcontractors for implementation.

5. Prepare the BOQ sheet and materials order of the site and sent it to Huawei and then get the approval on the BOQ and materials order.

6. Review the initial PO from Huawei and compare it to the BOQ of the site and then approve on it in our system, then after finishing work in the site review the final PO and compare it with the actual work done in the site to approve it to be able to invoice in the site.

7. Prepare the budget and the cash budget of the site including the direct and indirect operation cost and send it to our top management staff to get the approval on it to be able to start work in the site.

8. Prototype inspection for the towers and monopoles from the suppliers.

9. Co-coordinating and delivering towers and monopoles to contractors.

10. Revising the contractors’ quotations for the additional works in the sites and approves it.

11. Within four months of the start of the project, we hired our in housing CW teams whom start work in our sites

12. Revising the design drawings for retaining walls required in sites.

13. Supervising for all civil works(excavation ,rebar installation ,form works, Template installation, Pour concrete...etc)

14. Supervising Tower erection (tightening, alignment, painting…etc)

15. Supervising installation of indoor shelter (Assembly, earthing system in side it, power and electrical connections …) and outdoor units.

16. Supervising the contractors till site is on air and clearing all reserves.

17. Make PAC after the site is on air.

18. Monitor the progress of production of the assigned activities and ensure that productivity is within the allowed budget rates and that materials and man-hours wastage is minimized.

19. Ensure that works being carried out as per quality and safety standards.

8. Periodic analysis for reports and other records.

9. Calculate the cost and revenue for each job.

10. Follow up the collection of the money of the work done in his project with the customer and the financial department.
