  • Responsible for 10 field teams (4 member per team), 6 NOC engineers and 5 management engineers (office team).
  • Reporting: Providing weekly and monthly reports to cover the agreed Field operations KPIs, and reports to cover planned activities.

  • We are monitoring our sites by our own NOC engineers which their aim to capture any alarms to not let the sites to go down

  • Preparing the routine and non-routine invoices and preform invoices to the customer.

  • Manage and supervise coordinate the Work Order [Trouble Tickets] related to CME
  • Responsible for ensuring that the services provided to customers (and the operator’s infrastructure) are continuously available and performing to the agreed SLA.
