  • Conducted more than 25 Assessment Centers for different clients including: Vodafone, Hoffmann-La Roche, Johnson & Johnson, National Bank of Egypt; assessing more than 1000 professional individuals in one year. 
  • Published a research paper on mega-trends in employment, assessment skills and personal development in major corporations 
  • Developed the Assessment Center process through the creation of a service blueprint, which resulted in 15% increase in number of assessment projects and significant increase in total revenues.
