  • Aware of GOSI process, procedures and contribution
  • Aware of GOSI registration process and online GOSI registration of each candidate
  • Handle all GOSI ( injuries ,rules , regulations , HR and GOSI related processes)
  • Supervises and follow up GOSI & Labor Ministry records. Maintain close co-ordination with the GOSI and Labor Officer to ensure proper registration of staff and coordination with finance Dep. for the monthly payments.
  • Prepare monthly GOSI subscription list of “Saudi & Non-Saudi” staff of the company, its follow-up and the annual Saudization forms, as required to be in Platinum Nitaq
  • Oversee the daily tasks within the HR function for internal and external compliance in all HR.
  • Complete monthly reports for the Management detailing activities and statistics of the month i.e. man power, training data, absence, leavers and new hires, performance issue etc.
  • Sometimes company departments and sites ask me to help them finishing their works by making database issues for them.
  • Providing advice to Managers and staff on current changes and rulings relating to the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Immigration policies and procedures
  • Handle medical insurance progress (Addition, Deletion, Injuries) for company employees and their family
  • Perform assigned tasks as assigned by the supervisor related to data entry and document processing as per company's requirement.
  • Manage company mobile lines as admin (Issuance - cancellation) and calculate the monthly bills with Excel database to be ready for paying.
  • Handle company (electricity and water) bills.
  • Supervise the preparation of the attendance lists on DTR machine.
  • Supervise the preparation and issuance of ID cards for company employees.
  • Supervise the recipient and delivery of faxes and emails
  • All support letters as required by divisional HR ( Authorization letter, buy car, disclaimer letters, custom letters, rent house letters, letter of employment, letter to drive company car, driving authorization letter, driving license letter and other official letters)

Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time related to the job function.

  • Assisting in the company tenders processes by creating necessary database tables and schedules.
  • Creating and editing the organization chart with all job descriptions and any data or information needed.
  • Creating and design company profiles with their components.
  • Creating and design companies official letters.
