• Responsible of the Renewable Energy & Technology efficiency Program.
• Establishing regular Vendor forums to review cost, performance and contract compliance.
• Working with Operations to identify future Vendor requirements and produce business cases to progress.
• Providing assistance to Operations in the management of the OPEX and CAPEX budgets, performance against budget, SLA’s & Capital spend.
• Produce suitable reports regularly to track Opex and Capex spend, outstanding and at risk status of orders/accounts.
• Engagement of Suppliers/vendors/third parties for new RFI/RFQ requirements.

Budget Planning:

• Lead/Develop local technology investment plans (budget submissions – 3-5 years plan) within the domain/function of responsibility.
• Review Capex & Opex.
• Preparing recommendations, scenarios to support  planning decisions.
• Review Radio budget business cases.
• Build KPI’s dashboards for post assessment of the investments.
  

Project Management:

• Provide professional and structured end-to-end coordination, ordering and delivery management with vendors “Ericsson, Huawei & Siae”, ensuring targets are met according to key milestones and to budget.
• Governance, coordination, tracking and reporting of Demand & Forecast across technology functions

Stakeholder Management:

• Ensure capture of Radio/TX business priorities and requirements.
• Manage Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies: Assess, record & mitigate risks & dependencies against program on-time delivery, quality &/or budget.
• Manage the cost control team and ensuring the right consumption of budget & issuing PO’s.
• Manage the WH teams to ensure smooth flow of releasing equipment & stock updates.

Supply Chain Management:

• Identify and evaluate vendors.
• Lead negotiation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers on local agreements.
• Ensure successful delivery of VPC purchasing protocols & updated vendor catalogue on SAP.                                               

• Accountable for selling and market for new and existing products & services to small businesses and promoting the benefits.
• closing deals with the customer and agree on the rate plans and payment methods.
• Managing & ordering the equipment for small business solutions.

• Monitor ticket system, email system, phone for incoming Incidents and Requests.
• Dispatch Incidents and Requests to next level of support including call out.
• Liaising with other support groups in assisting with the resolution of SR's .
• Solving incidents based on Technical knowledge.
