- Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer database.
- Setting promotions and special offers to increase sales & product demand.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Primary/secondary research for new products in local market.
- Forecasting & ordering.
- Maintain or adjusts selling prices by monitoring competitors activities and market demand.
- Managing the sales team through day to day operation and daily follow up through dealer visits, overdues and collections.
- Monitor stock level and product performance through proper communication with logistics and warehouse.
