High Isolation Wilkinson Power Splitter for 60 GHz Wireless Applications on 180-nm CMOS Members: An unequal Wilkinson power divider has been proposed. The detailed design equations and procedure are derived. A power divider the power dividing ratio of 2: 1 and operating frequencies of 60 GHz has been designed in Ansoft HFSS and Cadence Virtuoso. The divider handles very high frequencies, up to 70 GHz and consumes 18 mW from 1.8 V supply voltage. Page5
