  • Accountable for multiple domains with multiple responsibilities. Sit on the CEO board of advisors, provide consultation and support on strategic initiatives as well as heading the department of IT.
  • Management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure according to Business strategy and direction.

  • Leading in Saudi Arabia, and working with a team spread across Middle East and North Africa, revived the services to be offered, restructured the methodologies according to leading practices, technologies and compliances.
  • Recruited the teams, trained, coached and prepared for delivery. Built the pipeline of potential customers and penetrated the Saudi market making Ernst & Young again a top player in that arena.
