Provide technical support both in the field and via telephone for a district of up to sixteen imaging labs in Austin, San Antonio, and College Station, Texas. Provide technical phone support for all of Texas and Tulsa Oklahoma (Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and College Station, TX, plus Tulsa OK) when on weekend call (every four weekends). Troubleshoot, order necessary parts, and repair mini-lab equipment as needed. Install computer operating systems, software, and software upgrades/patches on numerous digital imaging computers and self service kiosks. Troubleshoot and repair computer and networking related issues, including making and running network cables and installing ethernet switches. Perform routine lab inspections to ensure quality control, safety, maintenance standards, and overall lab production efficiency. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly paperwork to both the Regional Manager, and the Imaging Technical Services (I.T.S.) Department.
