Managed 40 employees, including 15 Local 29 labor partner employees.   Utilization Review cost reduction of approx. $500,000.Staffing & Recruitment: Increased permanent staff from 35% to 95%. Met all department goals and exceeded standards each year. Budgeting for staff, operating and capital expenses. Presented at annual So. Cal. H.R. Symposium.Strategized management of disability cases through monthly SWAT reviews.Assisted in development of MyHR and Authoria system.
