Responsible for the budgeting, planning and execution of the projects related to Infrastructure, BusinessApplication and Construction in the Africa Region, managing a multi-cultural team of projects managers, network engineers, database administrators and other SMEs geographically dispersed.
Balance in-house with contract resources, ensuring that Kinross receives full value for all project investments.
Manage the Project life cycle from inception to post-completion handover to the customer. Ensure that customers are informed of progress of the projects providing regular reports, including Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) assuring measurement of the progress to objectives.
Serve as Business Analyst during the implementation of Oracle JDE. Review, modify and adapt the different business processes from Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounts Payable and Warehouse.
Review the Working Capital and implement new business processes to optimize inventory and stock. Provide savings in excess of 200M USD.
