� Raising internship profiles with companies to attract international talent. Successful in raising 5 profiles thus bringing in AED 25,000 to the organization as revenue.

� Contacting potential clientele using cold calling, networking and referrals to achieve the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of AIESEC Dubai

�Raising sponsorships with companies to cover the cost of the seminar

� Conducted in-class presentations to promote the internship program and recruitment campaign, thus attracting over 40 application from American University of Sharjah

� Involved in the strategic planning process of 07-08 using Balance Scorecard.

Team Leader - International Internships


After being promoted as Team Leader, my responsibility mainly included planning, marketing and managing the activities of the Entrepreneurship Project.

�Marketing the internship opportunity through university road shows. Successful in raising 3 student profiles thus bringing in AED 10,000 to the organization as revenue.

�Planning and marketing the entrepreneurship project which should include weekly learning events, a one day seminar and an international internship program.

�Organized weekly learning circles for AIESEC Dubai members to help them learn about Entrepreneurship by inviting different corporate speakers on the areas of Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Planning etc.

�Managed the Entrepreneurship Seminar in American University of Dubai with over 100 delegates

Organizing Committee President


As the OCP my responsibility was to create, plan and execute the National Leadership Conference in Umm Al Quwain for 25 delegates for 3 nights 4 days. As an in charge of three executive, the whole event was under my responsibility.
