After my successful term as Team Leader, I was elected by the AIESEC committee to become the Vice President of External Relations. My responsibilities include managing the team of six team leaders,creating a culture of brand awareness, conducting regular training programs and managing the local brand of AIESEC Dubai effectively to make sure the market positioning is as desired.
� Raising internship profiles with companies to attract international talent. Successful in raising 5 profiles thus bringing in AED 25,000 to the organization as revenue.
� Contacting potential clientele using cold calling, networking and referrals to achieve the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of AIESEC Dubai
�Raising sponsorships with companies to cover the cost of the seminar
� Conducted in-class presentations to promote the internship program and recruitment campaign, thus attracting over 40 application from American University of Sharjah
� Involved in the strategic planning process of 07-08 using Balance Scorecard.
� Conduct training sessions with AIESEC members for brand management
